Airports are the faces of the country and for domestic travellers, India is their home. The officials at Bengaluru international airport wanted to bring out the nuances of the Indian Culture through their Independence Day Visual Merchandise. We designed collateral inspired by elements that are homegrown, like the Chakra, Tricolour and kites to bring in the festivities. These were applied all across the airport. Collateral specific to the event like; Menus for Food & Beverage Outlets and Call Outs for Retails Outlets was also designed and executed. The ATC Tower was also lit up in the tricolours to truly bring the patriotism to the airport.
