CII President's Award

The Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) institutionalized the President’s award to recognizes an eminent industry representative for his overall contribution to the Indian industry and society. CII approached the Foley Group to design and execute this prestigious award for them. The trophy was designed to create a symbolic perspective of the ‘Ripple effect’ of the influence created by a person. The rings echo from a center depicting the effect of change from a source. The award symbolizes the wide impact of an influential personality. The echos are designed to create a transition in the material finishes.

CII Design Awards

The CII Design awards benchmark the best of Indian design talent each year. Foley Designs approached CII to redesign the trophies and create expressions that best depict the quality of design in India. The trophies took their sculptural inspiration from the ‘golden spiral’ combined with the beauty of simplicity. The trophies fabricated by TLV brought alive exceptional craftsmanship in aluminium combined with the mystique of reflections and interplay of colours. Each trophy was carefully fabricated using a combination of high precision machining and has been hand finished for its final lustre.

CII Excon

For CII's EXCON 2019 event, which is the largest construction equipment exhibition in South Asia, we were tasked with creating a total of 3 trophies. These trophies were made from CNC machined aluminium sheets that were lasercut and then black anodised with a gold plated element in the centre. We executed the design intent to perfection and delivered the finished product to the client for the conference.
