We undertook the complete refurbishment of the iconic Higginbotham’s book store at Bangalore. Being a heritage building the execution work involved the careful restoration and refurbishment of the 150yr old building to launch the new refreshed look of the Higginbotham’s store. Execution scope included civil work, HVAC, electricals, structural validations, landscaping, signage & navigation as well as complete retail interiors & fixtures. The area of the store was 15,000sq.ft. A custom courtyard was designed to accommodate Book Launches and events at the store. Design by: Foley designs.
