The scope for the INK303 Restaurant and lounge bar in downtown Chennai included civil work, HVAC, electricals, structural validations, flooring, painting, custom fabrication main bar unit and loose furniture, interior fit out, including acoustic paneling for optimal sound/ testing and commissioning for background/foreground music in the bar space, , signage & navigation as well as fixtures & installation.
